Creative Nature / Workshop 1
Rekindling our part in and of nature, we begin the journey.
This workshop provides an opportunity to explore creativity from a place of immersion in the natural world. As we walk, we will explore techniques and creative tools for paying attention, contemplation, and heightening awareness of our deep connection to nature. This experience is designed to spark creative inspiration, support wellness and foster resilience – enabling us to let go of the things that create friction, and make room for positive change and action. Whether in the forest, atop a mountain or nearby along the bay, nature empowers perspective, focus and creative flow.
This workshop has three modules. Participants may choose to focus solely on the outdoor immersion or continue with parts 2 and 3 which delve further into the creative process and the opportunity to learn new creative techniques. Part 1 is suitable for all levels of experience and anyone can benefit from the nature immersion and creative prompts. Not necessary to be an artist, and all welcome! Parts II and III are more suitable for creatives who have some experience in the studio.
